The move away from industrial scale industries
Many organisations are struggling to decide to change their business models. Traditionally, financial service organisations struggle with business model innovation. Many have an outdated matrix structure.

Serverless enables tech resources to be available cheaply to everyone. This means that scale doesn’t matter. A business can rent as little or as much digital tech as it needs. This removes scale advantage from running a massive operation.
